Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our growth by developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our IT staffing services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, and a deep understanding of the IT staffing industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the IT staffing sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.


Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.


Collaboration and Team Leadership:

  • Work closely with the recruiting team to understand candidate capabilities and availability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members.


Reporting and Analytics:

  • Track and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development in the IT staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the IT staffing market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
