Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Manager - Operations to oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities in a dynamic service environment. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in the service industry, with proven expertise in handling a team of 10 -15 members. A strong background in people and team management is crucial, as well as the ability to handle and engage with international clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage an operations team, ensuring efficient service delivery and achievement of organizational goals.
- Develop, implement, and improve operational policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and quality of service.
- Ensure smooth handling of international customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop team members, ensuring high performance and continuous growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination for seamless operations.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability within the team.
- Identify operational challenges and develop strategies to address them.
- Manage and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in the service industry, with a minimum of 3-4 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing teams of 10-15 members and achieving operational targets.
- Experience in handling international customers, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in using operational and management software/tools.
- Experience in process improvement, performance management, and driving operational excellence.
- Preferred candidates from Vadodara, Gujarat , or willing to relocate.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage cross-functional relationships.
