With deep tech in speech and language processing, it helps businesses across sectors like finance, telecom, and retail scale their customer engagement efficiently.Job DescriptionThe Finance Head will be the strategic architect offinancial systems, planning, governance, and fundraising support . This role is a hybrid between traditionalFP&A, controllership, and strategic finance —working directly with the founders and shaping key business decisions . This is not just a finance role—it’s a high-ownership, high-visibility leadership opportunity to build finance function in a rapidly scaling company.Key Responsibilities:ØReporting, Audit & Compliance: · Develop comprehensive MIS reports for internal & external stakeholders. · Lead statutory, internal, and investor audits. · Ensure accounting standard compliance and regulatory adherence. ØFinancial Controls & Governance · Establish robust internal controls across AP/AR, payroll, inventory & compliance. · Proactively identify risks and implement corrective measures. · Maintain audit readiness at all times. · Optimize cash flow, working capital, and liquidity. ØERP, Systems & Process Excellence · Lead ERP implementation (Odoo/Tally/Zoho). · Standardize accounting processes and automate dashboards. · Drive continuous process improvement across finance function. ØFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) · Build sophisticated financial models, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts. · Lead variance analysis, scenario planning, and what-if analyses for growth and risk decisions. · Provide strategic insights to founders and cross-functional teams. ØInvestor Relations & Fundraising · Prepare investor presentations, board decks, and quarterly financial updates. · Lead financial due diligence for future fundraising rounds. · Maintain data rooms and engage with investors, lenders, and analysts.Qualifications:· Qualified Chartered Accountant . 6-8 years of experience specifically from Service or SaaS company
