COMPANY:Multinational Apparel Manufacturer POSITION:Finance Head LOCATION:Egypt SALARY:6000 USD (all-inclusive package; accommodation to be borne by the candidate; office pick-and-drop provided)OVERVIEW: The Finance Head will be responsible for driving the financial strategy, overseeing all financial operations, and ensuring strong governance and compliance within the organization. This role requires a dynamic finance professional with solid experience in the manufacturing industry and the ability to lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and cost management functions. The ideal candidate will serve as a key business partner to senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making and organizational growth.RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, costing, and financial reporting. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, international accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency. Develop and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability. Guide internal and external audits and ensure accuracy of financial statements. Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational and commercial initiatives. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership for long-term planning. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to build a high-performing function.PRE-REQUISITES: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting;CMA/CPA/ACCApreferred. Minimum 8 years’ experience in themanufacturing industry ; experience in theapparel sector is an advantage. Expertise inbudgeting, costing, and financial reporting . Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop finance teams. Overseas experience is an added advantage.
