The role will drive profitability, optimise cash flow, strengthen financial systems, and support long-term business scale-up across D2C, retail, and wholesale channels.Key Responsibilities:Financial Strategy & P&L Ownership – Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and own the P&L across channels. Cash Flow, Controls & Governance – Manage cash flow, working capital, audits, taxation, and compliance. Systems & Automation – Drive ERP implementation, dashboards, reporting accuracy, and automation. Business Performance & Cost Optimisation – Analyse unit economics, margins, CAC/LTV, and support pricing decisions. Investor Relations & Fundraising Support – Build financial models, MIS, investor documents, and diligence readiness. Team Leadership & Collaboration – Build and mentor the finance team, and work closely with cross-functional leaders.Requirements:✅ CA Qualified ✅ 10+ years of senior finance experience (D2C/Retail/FMCG/E-commerce) ✅ Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management ✅ Experience with ERP, BI dashboards, financial modelling, analyticsPreferred:⭐ Experience in premium/luxury or high-growth startup environments ⭐ Strong understanding of omnichannel business models & unit economicsIf you’re ready to build scalable financial systems and drive profitable growth, let’s connect shakshi@skyleaf.global |7521865318
