The role involves end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process to support the company's growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies. Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Conduct initial screening, assess candidate suitability, and schedule interviews. Coordinate and facilitate interview processes between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles. Ensure a seamless candidate experience and engage with potential hires throughout the process. Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding formalities. Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to improve hiring efficiency. Stay updated with industry trends and best hiring practices. Key Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably handling both IT & Non-IT hiring . Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals . Experience with sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and passive hiring. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
