The role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent. Welcome candidates from all domains, as we believe in your potential to excel in HR – Recruitment vertical. As a Recruiter your Key Responsibilities: Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and databases. Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements. Scheduling: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Onboarding: Participate in the onboarding process of new hires. Employer Branding: Contribute to building a strong employer brand. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment A passion for building relationships and connecting with people Ability to deliver under target and pressure and comfortable to stretch on timings as per deadline. Any Undergraduate / Graduate fresher experience both can apply Experience in recruitment or in BPO calling will be preffered. First 45 days will be as intern - 5k stipend will be paid. Post that depending on performance/attendance/discipline will convert into full time with 13k inhand salary. Work from office - No hybrid or WFH.
