Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled, creative, and technically proficient female Social Media Specialist (SMS) with 4+ years of proven experience in professional social media management. The ideal candidate will not only create engaging content but will also have deep technical knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other major platforms knowing the tips, tricks, and market trends to consistently make content go viral.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, conceptualize, and produce engaging content (images, videos, reels, shorts, stories) tailored for each platform
  • Apply advanced technical skills for platform optimizationInstagram SEO, YouTube algorithm hacks, analytics tracking, and trend leveraging
  • Actively research and hop onto new trends to maximize reach and engagement
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels
  • Engage with the audience, respond to queries, and foster a strong online community
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and suggest data-driven improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams for campaign ideas and content sourcing

Requirements:

  • Female candidates (Prefered)
  • 4 + years of professional experience in social media management
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms features, tools, and growth strategies
  • Proven ability to create content that drives engagement and reaches viral potential
  • Excellent understanding of social media analytics and trend forecasting
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Ability to work full-time from our South Extension office
