CoverSure is seeking an experienced and visionary

Lead Product Manager

to spearhead the development and delivery of innovative insurance products. As a key leader in our team, you will be at the forefront of transforming how users interact with their insurance on CoverSure App, ensuring it’s as simple, accessible, and personalized as possible.

In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across technology, user experience, and business strategy. Your mission? To drive product initiatives that not only delight our users but also address evolving market needs. By leveraging data-driven insights, you'll push the boundaries of the insurance industry and shape the future of CoverSure.

What You’ll Do:

Own the end-to-end product strategy and vision for CoverSure’s App key offerings.Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver world-class products.Use data and user feedback to drive product improvements and feature prioritization.Align product goals with CoverSure's broader mission to make insurance simple, accessible, and personalized for everyone.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in leading product teams and delivering high-impact products.Strong analytical skills and a track record of using data to inform decision-making.Experience in the insurance, fintech, or related industries is a plus.Passion for driving user-centric innovation in complex industries.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Vision : Define and lead the product strategy for your area, ensuring it aligns with company goals and delivers customer value.Leadership & Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring best practices in product development and fostering career growth.Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure seamless product development and execution.Roadmap Ownership : Develop and manage a product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business priorities, and available resources.Stakeholder Management : Communicate the product vision, updates, and key decisions to all stakeholders, including engineering teams, senior management, and external partners.Data-driven Decision Making : Use data insights and user feedback to make informed product decisions, optimizing features and driving product iteration.Market & Competitive Analysis : Stay informed about market trends, customer insights, and competitor products to drive innovation and improvements.Product Launches : Lead the end-to-end product launch process, including planning, execution, and post-launch performance analysis to ensure success.

Required Qualifications :

Experience : 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or senior product management role.Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers.Product Expertise : Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, user experience (UX), and agile development methodologies.Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and drive product strategies that align with overall business goals and customer needs.Analytical Skills : Proficiency in analyzing data, including A/B testing, user behavior metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Technical Knowledge : Good understanding of software products and technical concepts to work effectively with engineering teams.Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

Mixpanel , or similar platforms.Strong business acumen with a proven track record of aligning product initiatives with revenue and growth objectives.Experience working in a
