Role & responsibilities

  1. Wide extended Technical Support for Enterprise Cloud based productivity services like Google Workspace.
  2. Extensive experience in Migration and deployment of GWS.
  3. Interact with clients to identify problems; research answers; guide clients through corrective steps to help resolve issues.
  4. Interact with clients to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about cloud products and services.
  5. Identify any risks associated while moving the customer to a cloud based productivity service and provide the necessary steps to mitigate them.
  6. Being customer centric and empathetic towards their needs; develop and sustain productive customer relationships.
  7. Support the roll-out of new applications.
  8. Providing high quality service to customers and meeting the SLA; Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.
  9. Prioritize and manage multiple open cases at a given point of time.
  10. Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals.

Qualification

Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you otherwise. So we might look for a graduate degree in engineering with a sales mindset or you started your business at 12 and sold it post high school. And the latter is better. We will find you faster if you specify the latter in some manner. :)

  1. Microsoft Windows Servers/Linux.
  2. 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  3. MS Active directory, Multi Forest environments and LDAP servers.
  4. Networking with Cisco Juniper (Firewall, Routing, Switching)
  5. Messaging systems such as Microsoft exchange, Postfix, Domino, O365
  6. Understanding of DAG, Send connectors, receive connectors, Accepted domains
  7. Google cloud professional collaboration engineer certification.
  8. Experience of training on Microsoft, Linux and Messaging Technologies.
  9. Prior experience of training on Google Workspace will be an added advantage.
  10. Demonstrated good articulation skills.
  11. Ability to quickly learn and understand.
  12. Ability to work well with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base.
  13. Project management experience and/or proven ability to deliver across a variety of teams
  14. Focussed individuals who can work with minimal supervision
