Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Google Workspace Administrator to join our team and manage our Google Workspace environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Google Workspace applications and services, along with strong technical skills to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage user accounts, groups, and access permissions within Google Workspace.
  • Configure and customize Google Workspace settings to align with organizational requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance.
  • Implement security best practices to safeguard data and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Administer Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and other collaboration tools to facilitate efficient communication and collaboration.
  • Integrate Google Workspace with other systems and applications to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Provide training and support to users, conduct workshops, and develop documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational policies.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in administering Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace applications and services.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
  • Google Workspace certification (e.g., Google Certified Administrator).
  • Experience with cloud identity and access management solutions.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management practices.
  • Understanding of enterprise collaboration tools and platforms.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and administration.
