ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.

ExxonMobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.

The Global Business Center - Technology Center provides a range of technical and business support services for ExxonMobil’s operations around the globe.

To know more about ExxonMobil in India, visit ExxonMobil India and the Energy Factor India.What role you will play in our teamOwns the E&PS Portfolio of IT Products including SharePoint Sites and SharePoint based collaboration, process automation solutions (Websites, Forms, and Workflows), Access based tools, and Power AppsExecutes process improvement projects and the contact with the businessExecutes successful implementation and sustainment of Citizen IT based projectsThe leads are not expected to “do” everything as development, but rather, act as a developer who “understands” everything and can propose solutionsCapable of owning any aspect of product development while also effectively communicating with all members of the application stackWhat you will doManage project deliverables, and ensure they are timely completed / delivered through interfacing with ITCommunicate project progress to steering committee and other key stakeholdersDefine as is and to be business process, business process redesign and associated change managementProactively identify the need for automation, bring process efficiencies by applying best practicesDevelop, maintain, and steward an integrated project change plan across IT, the business, and external resource dependenciesWork closely with SME’s to define product roadmap, vision and direction for all products within the portfolio, identify white space and opportunities for product enhancements and Process automationOwn the development process by proactively reaching out to SMEs to identified enhancements, do requirement gathering, and ensure all development work is actioned in an expeditious wayGrows personal skills in each domain (front-end, back-end, & infrastructure)Apply fixes to existing code or contribute small features to application as requiredUnderstands basic semantics and structure of HTML, SQL, CSS, JSDevelop simple web services and APIs using the technology of choiceInvolves web accessibility best practices from the beginningManages the source code of the solution createdAbout YouSkills and Qualification

Should have a Bachelor degree with minimum 7 CGPAMinimum 3 years’ experience requiredExperience with SharePoint with both on-premises and onlineExperience with SharePoint with Nintex forms and workflowsHands-on experience on writing the code using Java Script Object Mode l(JSOM) or Client side object model (CSOM)Technical skills required
