Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager – Commercial Leasing & Lending (CLL)

Responsibilities

·Responsible for handling a team of people, guiding them and helping them to grow up in their career

·Build relationship with clients and mine for new business

·Resolve conflicts, ensure team members meet and exceed their KRA’s, helping them at each step

·Work closely with client, understand the requirements and execute with support of team

·Understand fundamentals of data preparation/data modelling necessary for the visualization purpose.

·Strong expertise in designing intuitive and interactive reports and dashboards using visualization tools for data driven decisions

·Performance Monitoring, fine-tuning and optimization of dashboards

·Ensure timely completion of VIC ratings and bi-annual/annual performance ratings

·Maintain reports & spreadsheets for historical data, manage email queues

·Report all observations to help change the staffing plans/roster accordingly and send the alerts on SLA misses proactively, if any

·Provide insights on existing data to internal/external stakeholders

·Identify the market/process/queue by team/agent wise volume variations and alerting the respective stake holders proactively

·Process orientation, including strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications/ Skills

·Should be a good people manager

·Strong Communication skills both written and verbal

·Good understanding of primary market research

·Should have good working knowledge of using Excel, Power-point

·Ability to manage and coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment required

·Good analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to see trends and patterns in data and translate data into decisions is required

·Proactive and enthusiastic to take on new challenges

·Excellent analytical skills with ability to problem solving

·Ability to work independently and manage own responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

·Advance knowledge on MS Office tools (Excel, Power-point)

·Presentation Skills

·Six Sigma Certified
