We're looking for a performance-driven PPC Account Manager who can lead and optimize ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads , with a sharp focus on ROI and client satisfaction.
What you'll do:
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Instagram, and Google AdWords
- Set up ad structures, targeting, retargeting flows, and performance tracking
- Write compelling ad copy and coordinate creative needs with the design team
- Report on campaign performance, ROI, and strategic insights
- Communicate directly with clients (U.S. time zones) via email and scheduled calls
- Stay current on platform changes and new paid media trends
What You Bring:
- 2–4 years of hands-on PPC experience , ideally in an agency setting
- Proven success managing $10K–$50K+ monthly ad budgets
- Strong understanding of U.S. market audiences and consumer behavior
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, etc.
- Ability to write high-converting ad copy and translate performance into actionable insights
- Clear communication, proactive mindset, and accountability
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or service-based funnels
Landing page CRO insight (not required but appreciated)
Familiarity with UGC-based ad creatives and video-first strategies
