Liaise with government authorities. Ensure HR compliance in Quality & Safety. Drive HR budgeting. People Development Design initiatives for productivity, welfare, and development. Build a skilled workforce and long-term manpower strategy. Business Partnership Maintain organization fill rate. Strengthen onboarding touchpoints. Drive talent reviews. Productivity Improvement Design and lead productivity projects in collaboration with CFT. Required skillsets and Education: Qualification: MBA (HR / MLM) Knowledge: Labour Laws, IR, ER, HRM, HRD, OD methodology & Techniques, OB, Excel Experience: 12- 15 years of experience
