Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Operations Executive located in Mumbai, India. The Sales and Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, providing excellent customer service, and handling communication with clients. This role also involves analyzing sales data, developing sales strategies, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.


Qualifications

  • Sales and Sales Operations skills
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in English and Georgian; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in the travel industry is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Key Advantage: Experience in CIS countries is a plus
