Manager - Compensation & Benefits

Conde Nast is seeking a highly experienced and strategically minded Compensation & Benefits

Manager to lead the design, development, implementation and administration of the

compensation and benefits programs across India. You will be expected to formulate benefits

strategy, implement compensation plans. .

As the Leader of Compensation and benefits in India, you play a crucial role in strategically aligning local compensation initiatives with the overarching global frameworks. You enhance our market competitiveness through comprehensive market analyses and benchmarking, ensuring our compensation packages are aligned with the industry and remain competitive.


Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the overall strategy and administration of total rewards programs, including compensation, variable pay, benefits for India in alignment with the overall global compensation framework.

● Develop and execute a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, competitive positioning, and industry trends

● Develop, implement & maintain a comprehensive job architecture framework for different cross-functional teams, including job families, levels, and descriptions.

● Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages.

● Lead the design and administration of competitive compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and equity compensation plans.

● Design, implement, and administer incentive and bonus programs including. Sales incentive programs

● Collaborate with Global and Regional People partners, Talent Acquisition COE, and for various projects

● Lead change management and communication related to Total Rewards/Compensation.

● Manage and improve the benefits offered to employees, including communication, reinforcement of current benefits, and integration/introduction/redesign of new/existing benefits.

● Collaborate with stakeholders and provide analysis and reports to the India & Global team on compensation and benefits programs as required

● Accountable for ensuring compliances of existing regulations under applicable Labor Laws.

● Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.


Qualifications:

● 8+ years of experience in Total Rewards (Should have strong experience in design, integration and implementation expertise).

● Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field preferred

● Experience in job analysis/evaluation, market pricing, C&B policies, year-end annual review cycle is mandatory

● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

● Experience in Workday is preferred.
