Digital Marketing Specialist – IVF/Infertility Campaigns Location: Neelkanth Hospitals Private Limited Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 2 years Industry: Healthcare / Fertility / IVF Clinics About Us: We are a leading fertility healthcare provider focused on offering world-class IVF and infertility treatments. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who has hands-on experience running paid campaigns and a deep understanding of the unique compliance and messaging challenges in fertility advertising. Key Responsibilities: Paid Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads , Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) , and LinkedIn Ads campaigns focused on IVF, IUI, and infertility services. Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and continuously improve campaign efficiency. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages. Reporting & Analytics: Create weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel for tracking and optimization. Compliance & Ethical Advertising: Ensure all ads follow Google’s Healthcare Policies , Meta’s advertising guidelines , and local advertising regulations related to IVF and medical services. Work closely with internal compliance/legal teams to review campaigns before launch. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) LinkedIn Ads Proven experience in healthcare or fertility marketing , preferably IVF or infertility treatment campaigns. Strong understanding of ad targeting strategies, especially around sensitive health-related content. Working knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Pixel , and other performance marketing tools. Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple campaigns simultaneously. Excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills.
