What You'll Own

We're looking for a performance-driven Growth Marketer  to lead and scale our paid acquisition efforts across channels, especially Google, LinkedIn, and ABM-aligned initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Search/Display, and remarketing .
  • Own campaign strategy, budgeting, creative coordination, A/B testing, and performance reporting .
  • Run highly targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM)  campaigns across paid and outbound channels.
  • Collaborate with sales and SDRs to nurture leads and retarget decision-makers  across the funnel.
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Instantly, and Make to build multi-touch workflows and attribution logic .
  • Constantly iterate on messaging, landing pages, and offers to improve lead quality and conversion rates .
  • Track paid performance metrics (CPL, CAC, MQL→SQL rates)  and translate them into actionable insights.

Must-Have Skills

  • More than 5 years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS paid marketing .
  • Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Ads Manager  and Google Ads , with proven track record of scaling lead gen.
  • Experience running ABM-style campaigns  targeting enterprise/mid-market accounts.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, GA4, clearbit/factors, make and tag manager
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams - SDRs, designers, and content creators.
