About the Role We’re seeking a Client Relations Associate who will serve as the primary bridge between our clients and internal teams. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about communication, thrives in fast-paced environments, and loves being at the heart of live event action. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end client communication , ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle. Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments — production, creative, and logistics — to translate client needs into actionable deliverables. Prepare client reports, proposals, and presentations , ensuring high-quality documentation and presentation standards. Handle on-site client servicing with professionalism, ensuring smooth execution and proactive issue management. Drive new business development , identify potential clients, and contribute to the company’s growth through relationship-building and lead conversion. Maintain accurate documentation, contact reports, and status trackers using internal tools and Microsoft Suite. Desired Skills & Qualifications 2–4 years of relevant experience in client servicing, communication, or event management . Strong verbal and written communication skills , with a flair for relationship management. Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities ; able to perform under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint , and familiarity with CRM or project coordination tools. Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership. Background in events, marketing, or advertising preferred. Personality Fit Energetic, detail-oriented, and client-first in every interaction. Calm under pressure , quick-thinking, and adaptable in dynamic environments. A natural team player who thrives on collaboration and creative problem-solving.
