Title: Business Development Executive (USA Market) Location: Moti Nagar, New Delhi Job Type: Full Time (On Site) Shift Timings: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM (Night Shift) Experience Level: 6 months or above (however freshers are also encouraged to apply) Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance) We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Development Executive (Fresh & Experienced) for the USA Market to join our expanding team at All Ways Cargo (Indian partner organization of LDP Logistics, USA) . This individual will coordinate dispatch operations within the U.S., build strong relationships with carriers, and uphold our reputation for exceptional service in the freight brokerage industry. Key Responsibilities: Prospect new customers to foster growth and create business opportunities. Evaluate business growth initiatives and highlight areas for improvement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met. Expand into new markets and drive customer acquisition through qualified leads. Nurture customer relationships and convert inquiries into successful loads/orders. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues promptly and effectively. Provide regular reporting on logistics operations to clients and internal departments Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to deliver superior service.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, transportation, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 6 months of experience (preferred), freshers with strong communication skills are welcome. Strong command of spoken and written English with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in computer systems, including spreadsheets and databases. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
