Responsibilities:
1. Build, Own and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the products.
2. Strategically focused on developing a go-to-market plan for the individual product segment, product pricing, product revenue (recurring and professional services led), revenue growth plans.
3. Owning the commercial success of the product within the business.
4. Create and maintain the Business plan including pricing.
5. Generating, collecting and curating new ideas.
6. Oversee product design and collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-impact features.
7. Interface with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand data workflows and pain points.
8. Think strategically, analyse market trends, and translate insights into actionable plans.
9. Ensure the platform meets global compliance standards (ISO 19650, CDE best practices).
10. Prioritise data interoperability, security, and performance in product design.
11. Define and track KPIs to measure product success and iterate accordingly.
12. Be hands-on and drive day-to-day product management including sprint planning, story prioritisation, product backlog grooming, and release management.
13. Analysing business requirements, eliciting requirements and organizing them.
14. Work side by side with other product managers, marketing, customer success, sales, engineering counterparts, and architects to craft and bring to life a strong vision for the individual products.
15. Tracking progress towards the release of a product.
16. Keep major stakeholders informed.
17. Ensuring the quality of the releases by testing, validating, and accepting the work done.
18. Have a proactive role in continually improving the process.
Desired Skills & Experience:
1. 5 –7 years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, AEC tech, or Data Platforms. 2. Proven track record managing data-intensive platforms or B2B collaboration tools.
3. Familiarity with ISO 19650, or project information management.
4. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Technical comfort with APIs, data schemas, and integrations.
6. Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma.
7. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
8. Demonstrated success in releasing products that meet and exceed business objectives.
9. Excellent, detailed written and verbal communication skills, possibly including some user interface documentation skills.
10. Subject matter expertise in the particular product or market and how to develop solutions for this market. Subject matter expertise should include specific industry or technical knowledge. 11. Excellent teamwork skills especially with a “can-do” attitude.
12. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams. The ability to influence and work collaboratively with development teams is especially important.
13. Experience with infrastructure project data workflows (BIM, GIS, CAD) is a strong plus.
