Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bhopal. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, meeting with potential clients, and coordinating with the marketing team to create promotional materials. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing sales reports, providing feedback to improve products and services, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and lead generation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Experience in market research and identifying business opportunities
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the sustainability or environmental sector is a plus
