Job Description:


Job Summary:

  • Responsible of coordinating all their team activities to increase their productivity and keep them focus on the priorities of the business.
  • Develop and coaching his team so they can improve the performance and we can have the best specialist on the team.
  • Analyze operational outcomes and develop action plans to ensure optimal performance is delivered.
  • Make sure all the actions are being taking place as needed.
  • Execute ESAT and KSAT plans to meet annual targets


Responsibilities:

  • Experience managing team of 10+ RTAs
  • Monitor what is happening with calls, handle time, within service time, arrival patterns
  • Ability to coach, mentor team
  • Develop direct reports and potential workforce leaders
  • Report weekly performance to WFM Manager
  • Experience with Workforce tool (i.e. IEX, Aspect, Avaya, or other)
  • Experience with Service Levels
  • Experience with Offer to Forecast
  • Experience with Handle time
  • Experience with Excel (run reports, pivot tables, gather and analyzing data); experience with macros is a plus (not needed)
  • Work under pressure and deliver with sense of urgency
  • Should have Good communications skills – talking to client manager, RTA Supervisor to provide feedback, show number of calls, executive summary, etc.
