Job Description Job Description – Senior Associate / Principal Associate – General Corporate (Tier 1 Law Firm | Gurgaon) We are hiring on behalf of a Tier 1 law firm for their General Corporate practice at Senior Associate (3–7 years PQE) and Principal Associate (8–11 years PQE) levels. Location: Gurgaon Compensation: Highly competitive, in line with Tier 1 market standards Key Responsibilities: End-to-end advisory and execution on M&A, PE/VC, and general corporate transactions Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents (SPAs, SHAs, JVAs, etc.) Leading deal teams, managing client relationships, and supervising juniors Handling legal due diligence and regulatory compliances Requirements: LL.B. from a reputed law school Strong experience in M&A, private equity, or general corporate advisory at a reputed law firm Team handling exposure (for PA role) and proven client management skills Ability to independently lead transactions (for PA level) Check Your Resume for Match Upload your resume and our tool will compare it to the requirements for this job like recruiters do.
