Profile: Corporate Travel Sales (MICE) *Key Responsibilities:* - Identify, approach, and onboard corporate clients, brands, and organizations for travel partnerships. - Handle MICE bookings including group travel, corporate events, and incentive trips. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new corporate clients. - Prepare customized travel proposals, quotations, and itineraries based on client requirements. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel plans and events. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion. - Maintain a strong understanding of travel trends, destinations, and competitive pricing. - Ensure exceptional customer service and prompt resolution of client queries. - Build and maintain a robust database of potential and existing corporate clients. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate travel sales. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong network and client base within corporate and brand sectors. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Ability to handle multiple client requirements efficiently. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Bachelors degree in Travel, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
