Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in direct customer handling (voice and chat). - At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Sabre GDS. - Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering quality service.
