Salary: Competitive base salary + attractive commission
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective clients through leads, referrals, and cold calling.- Sales Process: Present and promote real estate offerings to potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences.- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide clients with informed choices.- Negotiation: Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure timely documentation and payments.- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and update the CRM with client interactions and deal status.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field is preferred.- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).- Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.- Attitude: Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive with a passion for real estate.- Mobility: Must be willing to travel for site visits and client meetings.
