Oracle Technical Lead

Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and support technical solutions across Oracle ERP Fusion modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement, SCM, HCM). Create and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Design and develop reports using BI Publisher, OTBI and custom report creation. Customize Fusion SaaS using Application Composer and Page Composer. Work with REST and SOAP APIs to integrate with third-party applications. Perform data migration using FBDI, ADFdi, HDL, etc. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with security and data governance policies. Candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Strong knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) – app-driven, scheduled integrations, and connectivity agents. Good knowledge of Application Composer and customization techniques. Ability to write SQL, PL/SQL, and work with XML and XSLT. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Have knowledge in performance tuning. Design and develop complex BI reports. Required Experience/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. 7-10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting development. Hands-on experience with: BIP, OTBI, FRS and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) – optional but preferred Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud data models (e.g., Manufacturing, SCM, and Financials). Proficiency in SQL, XML, and Excel-based analytics tools. Familiarity with security roles and data access in Oracle Fusion. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Leverage prebuilt adapters (REST, SOAP, ERP, HCM, DB, FTP, etc.) to connect systems and services Desirable Experience/Qualifications: Core Competencies: Universal Competencies Continuous Improvement: Knowledge of transformation initiatives to drive fundamental changes, enhance responsiveness and efficiency to core business practices.
