Position: Associate | Founders Office (Full time in Gurgaon)

Experience : 1-2 years experience within top tier consulting firms or hyper-growth startups

Directly work with and support the CEO on market research, building marketing/sales funnels, product strategy, fundraising, sales, hiring, and other functions.


You'll be responsible to

  • To build quick presentations to present to the internal team as well as external stakeholders in customers, suppliers and investors
  • Research the market and quick build excels/charts that bring out the underlying trends
  • Build funnels, talk to customers/ecosystem, create and execute campaigns
  • Support and fire fight on a regular basis on behalf of the CEO. Should be available 24*7.


You need to have demonstrated

  • Exceptional analytical ability in your previous consulting assignment or a startup gig. Be prepared with the case study at the time of the interview.
  • Excellent presentation skills, ability to make sense from disparate data sources and build a strategy
  • Understanding of the mobility and logistics domain, EV is good to have


Preference for engineering background (highly technical internal team), with a B.Tech from a top tier college.


Preferred demonstrated exceptional execution ability at a previous top tier consulting firm or fast paced startup. Ability to quickly grasp a new concept and communicate it well. Can take feedback and showcase substantial improvement within 24 hours. Able to manage expectations within the team and consistently available when needed (read 24*7). Demands an exponential growth curve personally and for the company, and is willing to put in the hours needed.
