Summary: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Salesforce developer, including a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, its architecture, APIs, and its limitations. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Salesforce developer certifications, such as Platform Developer I and II, are highly desirable. Agile work culture with Design Thinking and Ideation to build better software and make customer happy.

Responsibilities: Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports. Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements Experience with Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce page development Familiar with Salesforce Lightning Design System and SFDX. Should have worked with an editor such as MavensMate or Eclipse for force.com Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides. Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging. Design and develop custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Seek out ways to use Salesforce to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace. Define, communicate, and manage a change management process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code. Ability to communicate with customers and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather and analyse requirements. Experience using GitHub or other version control software. Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications. Remain current with Salesforce technologies and best practices. Experience with software development outside of the Salesforce ecosystem. In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including Continuous Integration, Build tools and configuration management. Experience in implementing agile techniques(Scrum) and methods. Exposure on the continuous integration build tools and code quality tools.
