Artista Prop Shop is a leading manufacturer of props, backdrops, and outfits for baby and maternity photography in India. Established in 2019 by Tania Rayan, it has grown to become India's largest prop store, supplying props worldwide. Our mission is to innovate and set trends in the fast-paced photography world. We have established baby and maternity photography studios in Chennai and Coimbatore to provide a seamless experience for milestone photoshoots.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at Artista Prop Shop in Besant Nagar, Chennai. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining store inventory and providing excellent customer service. He/She will maintain cordial relationship with customers visiting the store. The Store Manager will also be responsible for communication with customers and managing a team of store staff.


Qualifications

  • Customer Service and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in Store Management
  • Maintaining the store to standards
  • Proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of additional languages preferably Hindi is a plus
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
