Role Summary:

We are seeking a Purchase Executive to join our corporate office team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in procurement processes, SAP knowledge, and documentation. This role requires excellent coordination skills with project teams, attention to detail, and the ability to handle purchase-related administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP Knowledge:

  • Manage purchase orders, work orders, and other procurement processes in SAP.

  • Ensure accurate data entry and tracking in the SAP system.

2. Coordination & Tracking:

  • Collaborate with project teams to track material requirements and ensure timely delivery.

  • Monitor procurement timelines and follow up with vendors/suppliers for deliveries.

3. Work Orders & Purchase Orders:

  • Draft, process, and manage Work Orders (WO) and Purchase Orders (PO).

  • Verify terms, conditions, and pricing before finalizing orders.

4. Follow-Ups:

  • Regular follow-ups with suppliers and vendors to ensure adherence to schedules.

  • Address and resolve delays or discrepancies.

5. Documentation:

  • Maintain organized records of purchase orders, invoices, and correspondence.

  • Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and complies with company policies.

6. Sitting Job at Corporate Office:

  • Work full-time at the corporate office in a collaborative, professional environment.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in procurement or purchase-related roles.

  • Proficiency in SAP is mandatory.

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.

  • Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.

  • Good understanding of Work Order (WO) and Purchase Order (PO) processes.

  • Familiarity with record management systems.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
