Role Name: Training Specialist
Summary : We are seeking a driven and organized Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will spearhead the end-to-end execution of our comprehensive training initiatives, from design and planning to implementation and assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Strategically design, develop, and implement cutting-edge training programs aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
II. Plan and oversee the skill assessment process, training feedback mechanisms, and assessment centers, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.
III. Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards and MIS reports to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into training batch progress and performance metrics.
IV. Manage training facilities, optimize resource utilization, and develop recurring training schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
V. Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with vendor partners to deliver cost-effective and tailored training solutions that drive desired outcomes.
VI. Collaborate closely with business units to gather feedback, assess learning effectiveness, and continuously enhance training programs to meet evolving business needs.
VII. Act as a key point of contact for all professional and leadership development requests, providing expert guidance and support.
VIII. Leverage data analysis and reporting skills (proficiency in Excel required) to generate actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
IX. Ensure timely completion of new hire training programs, coaching initiatives, and performance improvement programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
X. Lead individual improvement projects to identify areas for optimization and implement solutions that enhance business performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration)
- 1-2 years of experience in training program management, instructional design, or a related field
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development
