Job Description: As a Sales Executive, you will be pivotal in driving sales growth and establishing strong relationships with clients in the interior design sector. Your role will involve generating leads, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets through effective strategies and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities through Lead Generation, Cold calling, Market research, and Networking.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored interior design solutions.
· Conducting sales campaigns in various location
· Maintains list of projects and client & delights follow-up
· Collaborate with the design team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
· Provide regular sales reports and updates on market trends, customer preferences, and competition.
· Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote company services and build brand awareness.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project timelines in CRM systems.
· Meet and exceed sales targets by actively pursuing and closing new business deals and Handover the projects by visiting existing customers.
· Act as bridge between client & Design team.
Qualifications:
· Education: MBA in Sales/Marketing or a related field is mandatory.
· Experience: 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
· Skills:o Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
o Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
o In-depth knowledge of the interior design market, trends, and client needs.
o Proficiency in CRM software
o Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the interior design industry.
