We are looking for a dynamic
Inside Sales Manager
to drive business growth and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have
strong team handling experience
, a proven track record in achieving sales targets, and
excellent communication skills
.

Location: Chennai – Chetpet

Working Days: 5 days a week + 2 Saturdays per month

CTC: Up to 12 LPA (based on candidate's experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales executives to achieve business goals.
  • Drive lead generation, qualification, and nurturing activities.
  • Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure consistent achievement.
  • Build strong client relationships through professional communication and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the business development and marketing teams to align strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Inside Sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead role.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    (mandatory).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver under deadlines.
