Job Overview

As part of our expansion, our RA vertical, initially led by interns, has achieved an ARR of approximately ~$1 million. We are now seeking to partner with an experienced leader to bring strategic insight and expertise to scale this vertical to an ARR of $6 million.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the staffing industry and strong connections at the CXO level. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire client onboarding process, from demand generation to closing client requirements.

As Business Head of RA, you will wear multiple hats and be tasked with making this vertical the most profitable at EMB. This role promises to be the most challenging yet exciting journey you'll ever take. You will be working with passionate individuals who are determined to make a global impact and are ready to do whatever it takes.

Responsibilities:

  • Top Line Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, with a primary focus on elevating a business to a 50 crore GMV through resource augmentation services.
  • Demand Generation: Implement lead generation strategies leveraging various channels to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Client Acquisition and Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored staffing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on market dynamics and maximize revenue potential.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and recruitment to ensure alignment of sales efforts with organizational goals and objectives and seamless execution of client onboarding.
  • Opportunity Identification: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, tracking progress and optimizing strategies to maximize conversion rates and also
  • oversee the pool of resources.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with experience in driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.


Preferred Professional Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, B.Tech or related field.
  • Proven track record of minimum 8 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the staffing or resource augmentation industry.
