You’ll work across complex, high-performance network environments built on proprietary hardware and software. This role offers hands-on experience withRouting, Switching, Wireless, DNS Security, VPN, and SD-WAN , giving you the opportunity to work at the forefront of enterprise networking from the comfort of your home.If you’re passionate about troubleshooting, enjoy solving intricate network issues, and want to strengthen your technical depth in next-generation network infrastructure, this is an ideal opportunity to grow your career.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality remote network support to enterprise customers, ensuring timely and effective issue resolutionDiagnose and troubleshoot complex routing, switching, wireless, and security problems across LAN and WAN environmentsSupport and resolve incidents related to DNS Security, VPN, and SD-WANCollaborate with global engineering teams to escalate and document product issues, driving improvement and innovationCreate and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base contentContribute to continuous process improvement within the Network Support DivisionDesirable Certifications:Cisco (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) or Juniper (JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP) inRouting & Switching or WirelessRequired Skills & Experience:Excellent English communication skills.
