This role offers hands-on experience withRouting, Switching, Wireless, DNS Security, VPN, and SD-WAN , giving you the opportunity to work at the forefront of enterprise networking from the comfort of your home.If you’re passionate about troubleshooting, enjoy solving intricate network issues, and want to strengthen your technical depth in next-generation network infrastructure, this is an ideal opportunity to grow your career.Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality remote network support to enterprise customers, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution Diagnose and troubleshoot complex routing, switching, wireless, and security problems across LAN and WAN environments Support and resolve incidents related to DNS Security, VPN, and SD-WAN Collaborate with global engineering teams to escalate and document product issues, driving improvement and innovation Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base content Contribute to continuous process improvement within the Network Support DivisionDesirable Certifications: Cisco (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) or Juniper (JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP) inRouting & Switching or WirelessRequired Skills & Experience: Excellent English communication skills. Clear, respectful, and proactive communication is essential to maintaining strong client and customer relationships.
