We are now seeking a visionary leader to head our B2B Product Sales Vertical and play a critical role in shaping the future of energy-efficient infrastructure across India.
Role Overview
As Head of Product Sales – HVAC & MEP, you'll drive our high-impact product portfolio including VRF, AHUs, Chillers, and more. This is a high-stakes leadership role—steering national sales strategy, building powerful industry alliances, and accelerating growth in one of India's most dynamic sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead a winning national sales strategy across HVAC & MEP product lines
Inspire and manage regional/zonal teams, instilling a culture of excellence and ambition
Driving growth in revenue, profitability, and market share
Build and nurture relationships with consultants, EPCs, contractors, and key clients
Track market trends and competitor strategies to deliver actionable business insights
Oversee forecasting, pricing, budgeting, and tendering operations
Represent ABS at industry events, forums, and exhibitions as a thought leader
Education:
BTech / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred)
Experience & Skills:
Proven leadership in B2B sales within HVAC/MEP or allied industries
Strong grasp of Indian market dynamics, OEM structures, and regional strategies
Strategic mindset with a passion for team building, innovation, and excellence
