With robust product development and supply chain capabilities across India, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Bangladesh, we ensure fast, efficient deliveries to a global buyer base spanning LATAM, India, Europe, Africa, the GCC, and Southeast Asia.

As part of our expansion, we are seeking dynamic leaders to head multiple verticals and drive growth, innovation, and market leadership.

Open Leadership Roles

1. Business Head – Nonwoven Hygiene Textiles

  • Focus:
    Medical scrubs, bandages, surgical drapes, diapers, feminine hygiene, disposable wipes.
  • Expertise:
    Spunbond, spunlace, meltblown, and SMS nonwovens; medical certifications (ISO 13485, FDA/CE, BIS); hygiene standards compliance.
  • Added Value:
    Experience in collaborating with hospitals, hygiene brands, and institutional buyers; knowledge of sustainability trends (biodegradable nonwovens, eco-friendly absorbents).

2. Business Head – Protective Wear

  • Focus:
    Industrial workwear, uniforms, flame-retardant (FR/IFR) coveralls, chemical protective suits, cut/abrasion-resistant fabrics.
  • Expertise:
    Aramid, Kevlar, Modacrylic, treated cotton, laminated barrier fabrics; compliance with
    EN ISO, NFPA, ASTM, and OSHA standards
    .
  • Added Value:
    Strong relationships with EPCs, oil & gas, mining, and defense procurement agencies; familiarity with certification and tendering processes.

3. Business Head – Home Textiles

  • Focus:
    Bedding, bath, curtains, upholstery, mattress ticking, and home décor fabrics.
  • Expertise:
    Engineered fabrics (FR/IFR, antimicrobial, stain-resistant, wrinkle-free, UV-resistant, recycled/sustainable textiles).
  • Added Value:
    Experience in global retail supply chains (Walmart, IKEA, Target, hospitality chains); familiarity with
    OEKO-TEX, GOTS, and BCI certifications
    .

4. Business Head – Automotive Textiles

  • Focus:
    PU-coated fabrics, headliners, carpets, trunk liners, seat fabrics, sound insulation nonwovens.
  • Expertise:
    Working with automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers; knowledge of
    AITEX, ISO/TS 16949, FMVSS standards
    .
  • Added Value:
    Experience in cost optimization, lightweighting, and sustainable automotive fabrics (rPET, bio-based PU).

5. Business Head – Specialty Yarns

  • Focus:
    HDPE, Aramid, Kevlar, Cordura, monofilament, glass fibre, carbon fibre, UHMWPE, conductive, and recycled yarns.
  • Expertise:
    Technical yarns for
    industrial, defence, aerospace, composites, and protective applications
    .
  • Added Value:
    Strong network in global niche yarn markets, proven track record in B2B technical yarn sales and high-value supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute
    business growth strategy
    for the assigned vertical across domestic and international markets.
  • Drive
    P&L ownership
    with accountability for revenue, margins, and cost optimization.
  • Achieve sales targets
    and expand market share by building a captive vendor and customer base.
  • Lead
    product development, innovation, and commercialization
    in collaboration with R&D.
  • Develop and maintain
    strategic customer relationships
    (OEMs, brands, institutional buyers, distributors).
  • Ensure adherence to
    quality, compliance, and sustainability standards
    across markets.
  • Represent the company at
    industry forums, trade shows, and global exhibitions
    .
  • Build, mentor, and scale
    high-performing cross-functional teams
    .

Requirements

  • Minimum 15–20 years of experience
    in the relevant textile vertical, with at least
    5–7 years in a leadership role
    .
  • Proven
    track record in business development, P&L management, and global market expansion
    .
  • Strong
    technical expertise
    in product development, material science, and commercialization.
  • Knowledge of
    certifications, compliance, and international regulatory frameworks
    .
  • Well-established
    supplier, sourcing, and customer network
    in domestic & global markets.
  • Excellent
    leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning
    skills.
  • Exposure to
    sustainability practices, circular textiles, and digital supply chains
    is an advantage.
