We are a full service firm offering services in corporate advisory, insolvency and bankruptcy, as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Our team is constantly working on top-tier solutions to our clients, helping them navigate complex legal landscapes and optimizing their corporate performance. We are currently seeking talented Intermediate Chartered Accountants who have completed their CA Intermediate level to join our team at Chennai.
At RVKS, you will work on challenging assignments of insolvency and bankruptcy, assisting in the evaluation of financial distress and preparing essential documentation for bankruptcy proceedings including dealing with issues relating to valuation and forensic audits. You will also have play a critical role in turnaround advisory. You will also play a crucial role in arbitration processes, supporting the preparation of legal documents and assisting in drafting arguments.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will conduct compliance reviews to ensure adherence to legal standards, perform financial analysis, and prepare performance reports. Your insights will help benchmark company performance against industry peers, identifying key areas for improvement. You will also be involved in corporate restructuring projects, including funding and mergers & acquisitions, preparing financial models and valuation reports, and supporting fundraising activities through research and proposal preparation.

Core Skills Required
Candidates are required to have the following capabilities:
· Ability and willingness to learn
· Familiarity with Companies Act, SEBI Act, Income Tax Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and other relevant legislations
· Experience in conducting audits and preparing reports
· Written and verbal communication skills
· Attention to detail for drafting legal documents and ensuring accuracy in financial analysis
