Bangalore, IndiaKey Responsibilities:A liaison between the business and the platform teamWork closely with business stakeholders to gather, document and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow solutions.Conduct daily scrums, updating stories daily in ServiceNow documenting development progress, and collaborating across platform teams, Conduct sprint retrospectiveCreate and maintain system design and operations documentationThis role will also trouble-shoot workflow issues for users, write requirements, and perform test user functionalityCreate test scripts for stakeholdersEnsures requirements are understood, developed, tested and delivered to specificationOwns the relationship with project stakeholders to identify, prioritize, model and document business, process and data requirementsRepresents project stakeholders throughout planning, development and release processesWorks with the platform team to develop release estimatesSupports the testing and UAT effortsWorks with stakeholders to drive adoptionQualificationsMust have experience using Scrum methodology to manage project workflow and requirementsExperience with Agile tools to manage workload, such as JIRAProficiency in using business analysis techniques (e.g., process mapping, use case analysis).Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and designing solutions.Experience creating test scripts and perform test user functionalityStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Ability to partner with with team members and stakeholders to improve and optimize features, practices, processes, and operationsAbility to effectively prioritize and executeStrong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practicesMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years of experience with ServiceNowServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
