Role : VDI Citrix Lead

Exp : 5-20Yrs

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Experience in Lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

- Experience in a Citrix VDI Architect, responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions.

- Experience in provides high-class troubleshooting and solutions to problems relating to the Citrix platform. The individual maintains and monitors how the Citrix settings and dependencies perform. Also, he/ she offers Citrix support and perform administrative duties relating to the final consumer's environment.

- Experience in application and desktop virtualization, networking, software as a service (SaaS), and cloud computing technologies.

Essential Skills :

- Citrix VDI Design and Implementation: Design, plan, and implement Citrix VDI solutions based on business requirements. Configure and optimize Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp environments.

- Experience in Virtual Desktop Management: Manage virtual desktop images, including updates, patches, and software installations. Monitor and optimize virtual desktop performance and resource utilization.

- Experience in Citrix NetScaler Integration: Integrate Citrix NetScaler for load balancing, secure remote access, and optimization of VDI traffic. Configure NetScaler Gateway for secure external access to virtual desktops.

- Experience in User Profile Management: Implement user profile management solutions to ensure a consistent and personalized user experience across virtual desktop sessions. Troubleshoot and resolve profile-related issues.

- Experience in security and Compliance: Implement security measures for the Citrix VDI environment, including access controls and encryption. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security best practices.

- Experience in Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced-level support for Citrix VDI-related incidents. Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.

- Experience in Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for Citrix VDI configurations, changes, and procedures. Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for routine tasks.

- Experience in Collaboration: Collaborate with system administrators, network engineers, and other IT professionals. Participate in cross-functional projects to integrate VDI with other technologies.

- Experience in Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and knowledge transfer to junior engineers and end-users. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in VDI technology.
