Citrix /VMWare Horizon/AVD or any other EUC platform SME with good experience in VDI implementation on Onprem or Cloud platform & server support Expertise in

installation, configuration, and administration.

**Technical Skills**:
The person should have sound knowledge and Hands on Experience on the following:

- Citrix /Horizon/AVD administration (Anyone EUC platform)
- Citrix CVAD / VMWare Horizon
- Experience/Knowledge in on Azure/GCP cloud platform
- VDI implementation & server support Expertise in installation, configuration and administration
- Knowledge on Load balancers and GSLB
- Manage the farm through Presentation and Access Management Console.
- Hands on experience PVS and MCS along with working knowledge on Citrix delivery controllers and storefront server.

**Process Skills**:

- Maintains a high degree of technical readiness, in order to be successfully prepared to support the delivery of customer engagements using the latest technologies. Analysing Risks, Gaps in existing environment and resolve them. Should have capability to influence others to achieve results
- Take responsibility of one or more than one customer as Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
- Incident Management: Resolve technical and some business incidents independently or with cross functional teams.
- Problem Management: Proactively and reactively look for solutions to prevent complex problems from occurring across teams/technologies.
- Change Management: Independently review and verify changes/solutions of high complexity and risk to meet customer.

Patch and Security Management: Provide input to security policies. Proactively monitor the environment for patch compliance. Analyze patches for compatibility

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
