Job Summary :The Trade Marketing Coordinator supports the work of the trade marketing manager, including but not limited to execution of key initiatives and projects such as promotional management, retailer advertising and events. Responsible for assisting with coordination of trade marketing programs planned for the Glanbia Performance Nutrition brands, in Australia and New Zealand ensuring smooth and successful execution. The candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, with the willingness to learn and will gain broad experience in various aspects of trade marketing. Responsibilities: Retailer Marketing Support Assist with development and execution branded POS and GWP materials to support retailer activations and customer initiatives. Assist in the development and distribution of product education tools (e.g. sales slicks, monthly update, education tools). Support the commercial team in preparing customer presentations, reporting, and reviewing campaign performance. Support updates of retailer websites, ensuring product imagery, descriptions, brand pages, and promotions are accurate and on-brand. Artwork & Approvals Manage retailer artwork briefs from development through to delivery. Coordinate directly with graphic design team, trade marketing manager, regulatory team, customers and printers to ensure artwork is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. Campaign Execution Support the execution of trade marketing campaigns and customer activations across Specialty, Pharmacy, Grocery, Petrol & Convenience, and E-commerce. Assist with campaign set-up, execution, reporting and providing results and learnings to the wider team and business. Work with the trade marketing to deliver key account initiatives including retailer marketing packages, sampling, promotions, and digital activations. Invoicing & Budget Tracker Review incoming invoices ensuring accurate to agreed budgets and POs. Assist with collecting and processing invoices Flag discrepancies or issues promptly with the trade marketing manager to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Event & Activation Support Provide support for trade shows, fitness expo’s and any retailer activations where our brands have a presence. Manage event collateral, stock, and merchandise requirements. Compile post-event reports, capturing execution and key learnings to share with the wider team and business. Competitive & Category Insights Monitor competitor trade marketing activity and provide regular reporting. Support the team with analytics, metrics, and research to inform future planning. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  Tertiary studies in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or currently studying), desirable but not mandatory. Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or call centre) is highly regarded. Passion for sports nutrition, fitness, or health & wellness is a strong plus. A go-getter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Keen to learn, with the initiative to take ownership and solve problems proactively. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
