CRM and DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR Southbank Location First class training and career development opportunities Full-time 60-70k + Super Our client is one of the most innovative and dynamic global brands looking for a highly motivated CRM and Digital Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about working with the latest technologies and is inspired to help drive digital marketing objectives in the business –Help monitor and acquire customer growth and engagement. The Role: This position maintains and coordinates the overall Digital Marketing strategy incorporating online, web maintenance, social media activities, eDM’s, measurement and reporting. This role is also responsible for the CRM and data system and processes. Key Responsibilities: Provision of CRM expertise to the Melbourne team Coordinate activities for all relevant social media platforms and assist with customer complaints and queries on social media channels Develop and maintain content associated with social media platforms Working with the marketing team to ensure integration of online campaigns and social media with all other ATL Marketing Implementation and reporting of customer retention programs to ensure loyalty of customers Review, measure and research social and analytics and implement improvements Project coordination of data retention, loyalty and quality programs as required Management of customer database including data extraction and cleansing Identity potential PR Opportunities and maintain and build media relationships The ideal candidate will possess/be: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A positive ‘can do’ attitude with a bright and energetic personality Self-driven and motivated to achieve results and a team player Basic Adobe Photoshop, InDesign Skills, Vision 6 or equivalent platforms highly desired Experience with social media platforms and have basic Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) knowledge Relevant Degree and additional qualification in digital marketing, ecommerce, website design, graphic design, public relations or CRM systems advantageous Minimum 1-2 years industry experience If you think you have the drive and want to take your career to the next level – Apply now This position has been filled, but openings for this type of position come up very frequently.
