Salary Range: Rs 40,000 to Rs 60,000 per month

Job Description:

Bloomingdale International School in Vijayawada is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Spanish Teacher for a full-time position. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive Spanish language education, promoting a deep understanding and appreciation of Spanish culture, and enhancing students' communication skills in Spanish.

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:

• Develop and implement an engaging Spanish language curriculum that meets educational standards.
• Incorporate elements of Spanish-speaking cultures, history, and contemporary society into the curriculum.
• Utilize a variety of teaching materials and approaches to cater to different learning styles.

Instruction:

• Deliver effective Spanish language lessons to diverse student groups.
• Adapt teaching methods to address varying student needs and learning abilities.
• Integrate technology and multimedia tools to enrich language learning experiences.

Assessment and Evaluation:

• Regularly assess student progress in language acquisition.
• Provide constructive and timely feedback to support student learning.
• Adjust teaching strategies based on assessment outcomes.

Cultural Enrichment:

• Organize and facilitate cultural activities, events, and projects related to Spanish-speaking countries.
• Encourage students to engage in language immersion and cultural exploration activities.

Extracurricular Involvement:

• Lead Spanish language clubs, workshops, or extracurricular programs.
• Facilitate opportunities for students to practice Spanish in real-life contexts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Spanish, Education, or a relevant field.
• Teaching certification in Spanish, if required.
• Experience in teaching Spanish at the specified educational level.

Skills and Attributes:

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• A strong passion for language education and cultural exchange.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
