Job Title: Business Development Manager – Domestic & IT StaffingLocation: Hyderabad (Work from Office)Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PMInterview Mode: Face to FaceJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with expertise in Domestic & IT Staffing, Client Acquisition, and Team Management . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT hiring requirements and the ability to align client needs with staffing solutions effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new business development through domestic staffing & IT client acquisition .Understand IT skill sets (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP, etc.) and align them with client needs.Manage end-to-end client engagement – requirement gathering, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.Handle C2C (Corp-to-Corp) and Full-Time staffing requirements .Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term success.Lead and mentor a team of recruiters/business executives to achieve business goals.Prepare business plans, strategies, and presentations to acquire new clients.Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets.Requirements5+ years of experience in Business Development within Domestic & IT Staffing .Strong knowledge of IT technologies, skill sets, and market trends .Proven experience in client acquisition, client handling, and closures .Hands-on experience with C2C and Full-Time staffing requirements .Team handling and leadership skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .Strong client network in the IT staffing domain is an added advantage.
