We’re Hiring –Business Development Manager(Domestic IT Staffing–India Location: Hyderabad Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Work Mode: Work from Office Experience: 5+ Years We’re seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager with a robust network in the Indian IT staffing sector, focusing on driving growth in ServiceNow, Salesforce, Mulesoft, Java, .NET, and other IT skill areas. **You’ll Be Doing:** ✅ Driving business development for Contract, C2H & Full-time hiring within the Indian market. ✅ Establishing and nurturing client relationships with IT companies, MNCs, and product firms. ✅ Staffing ServiceNow professionals (Developers, Admins, Architects, Consultants, etc.). ✅ Achieving and surpassing revenue & placement objectives. **You Must Have:** 5+ years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing in India 1+ years of experience in ServiceNow/ERP-based hiring A strong client network and a proven sales track record Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
